Benzel-Busch Motor Car Corp. is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our luxury pre-owned sales operation in Englewood, NJ.

This role oversees the entire Pre-Owned Sales Department, drives profitability, and ensures market-ready inventory with close collaboration with Service and Finance. The ideal candidate brings proven luxury automotive sales leadership, strong knowledge of pre-owned operations, and expertise with CDK/ADP, CRM, and industry tools.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales management with luxury experience.
• Strong knowledge of pre-owned operations, inventory management, and auctions/wholesales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with CDK/ADP, CRM, vAuto, ACV, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Pre-Owned Sales Department.
• Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and online vehicle presentation.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning, lease returns, and auction activities.
• Desk deals, maximize profitability, and ensure process compliance.
• Work closely with Service to maintain market-ready inventory.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Consultants.
• Partner with Finance and assist in closing opportunities.

• Professional, ethical, and results-driven approach
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

• $120,000 to $175,000 per year depending on experience
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
• Work Holidays and Weekends when required
