Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support daily cleaning and upkeep of dealership facilities. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and customers, upholding the brand’s high standards.

The role requires physical tasks and the ability to work independently or with the maintenance team. Benefits include industry-leading compensation, training, and employee discounts.

Competenze

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility maintenance is a plus but not required.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Benzel-Busch Mercedes- Benz Maintenance Associate, you will play an important role in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and customers This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of our dealership facilities while helping ensure our workplace reflects the high standards associated with the Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz brand

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness of dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with the maintenance team, employees, customers, and management.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• $15.92 per hour

This is a Full-Time hourly, non-exempt position.
