About the Community:

This community provides a lakeside mountain oasis. It offers hundreds of acres of parks and open spaces, including lakes for boating and fishing, clubs, hiking trails, and sports courts. It is also home to a championship golf course.

Role Overview:

Our Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing a wide range of routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facilities and buildings, including waste disposal and event setups.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Performing maintenance work from basic repairs to complex tasks, such as:
  2. Lighting checks, bulb and ballast replacements
  3. Maintaining and repairing doors and locks
  4. Caulking, prep work, and painting
  5. Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and furniture repairs
  6. Cleaning around pools, dumpsters, and common areas
Qualifications:
  • Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or related fields preferred. Ability to use ladders and lifts.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, observant, with good communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to pass background, physical, and drug screening.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
  • Extended periods of sitting or standing.
  • Manual dexterity for operating technology and equipment.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle for job-related tasks.
