Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment.

Under supervision, you will capture maintenance data in TLM, comply with standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports Center of Reliability and Efficiency operations and is on-site in the US.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• Strong mechanical background; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program under supervision.
• Capture maintenance data accurately in TLM systems.
• Comply with Schlumberger TLM standards and maintain competency in the TLM system.
• Participate in CI initiatives to improve maintenance outcomes.
• Support on-time delivery of equipment according to operational demand.

Job description

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
