Job summary

Renaissance on Peachtree in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to keep apartment communities in top condition. You will complete work orders, perform essential repairs, and help prepare units for move-ins, while coordinating supplies and vendors as needed.

This role requires EPA certification with HVAC experience, plus solid mechanical and electrical knowledge. You value clear communication, work independently, and take pride in fixing issues efficiently to maintain

Qualifications

• EPA certification and HVAC experience are required.
• General mechanical and electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and independence.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Handle installations and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related systems.
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping as required.

• $25/hourly.
• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
