Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our community and complete routine and special work orders. You will ensure apartments are ready for move‑ins and manage supplies as needed.

We value clear communication, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality repairs and improvements across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• You communicate clearly and positively with everyone you interact with.
• You are self‑assured and have a can‑do attitude.
• You work well independently and feel accomplished after completing a fix or project.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Prepare apartments for move‑in by performing necessary repairs.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Handle general maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping.

• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
