Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community in St. Charles. You will complete work orders and perform repairs to ensure apartments are ready for move-ins, while coordinating supplies and materials for ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do mindset. This role offers a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Clear and positive communication to everybody you encounter.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent at independent work and a sense of accomplishment after completing a project.

Salary $24.00 Per Hour - Full Time Schedule

• Complete work orders around the community.
• Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s.
• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
