Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the quality and safety of our community spaces. You will complete work orders, perform repairs to ready apartments for move-ins, and manage supplies to support operation and resident comfort.

You will handle general maintenance projects across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, but general mechanical or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• You pride yourself on clear and positive communication to everybody you encounter.
• You are self-assured and possess a can-do attitude.
• You excel at independent work and feel a sense of accomplishment after you fix something or complete a project.

Job Description

• Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
