Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant (Temporary Project)

Hours: On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Morgantown, WV

Duration: 07/14 - 08/22

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Assist in the turnover process in all units.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance in interior and exterior areas of the property; proactively communicate any issues.
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as trash pickup, watering plants, and shrubs.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Sweep, blow, or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Complete other tasks as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Physical ability to walk frequently, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; capable of lifting/moving loads up to 50 lbs and using a ladder.
• Reside within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation for on-call duties.
