A personal care company located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania is looking for a hardworking, experienced Maintenance Assistant to add to our wonderful team! If you want to make a difference in someone else's life and enjoy taking care of and serving the elderly, please apply! We pride ourselves in the care, compassion, dignity, and safety of our residents and employees.

The typical shift time is Monday through Friday day shift from approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm. Candidates must be flexible based on business needs. Candidates also must be willing to assist at other facilities when needed and be part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications And Skills

• Previous maintenance experience preferred; the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of building maintenance experience
• Performs building maintenance, prioritizing safety concerns first
• Painting, patching, carpet cleaning, repairing, etc. all exited rooms as per the Maintenance Director/Administrator.
• Assist with minor repairs and work orders throughout the property.
• Assist with snow removal
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or Administrator.
