Hours: On-site, Temporary Project

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am until completion, possible 60 hrs/week

Location: Blacksburg, VA

Duration: 7/14 - 8/22

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Assist in the turnover process in all units.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in the interior and exterior areas of the property; proactively communicate any problems.
• Examples of duties include:
• Picking up trash on the grounds
• Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
• Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
• Sweeping, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
• Completing other tasks as directed and assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English fluently
• Ability to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift/move loads up to 50 lbs; use a ladder
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation for on-call duties
