• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Solid grasp of general maintenance across building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Basic computer skills – email, Word, and Excel.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tackle routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Keep equipment and building systems humming - troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems.
