Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to keep our facilities safe and running smoothly. You will handle routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with outside contractors, and keep work areas tidy.

• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Solid grasp of general maintenance across building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Basic computer skills – email, Word, and Excel.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player attitude with strong communication skills.
