Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep facilities running smoothly in Vero Beach, Florida. You will tackle routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and more, troubleshoot issues, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with contractors, while maintaining tidy workspaces and stocked supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Basic computer skills — you know your way around email, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment to prevent issues.
• Respond to emergencies with a sense of urgency and precision.
