Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Riverwalk Village in Indiana. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community’s physical plant and grounds safe, clean and inviting for residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include assisting with drywall, plumbing, painting and basic electrical/heating/cooling tasks. A high school diploma or GED and willingness to learn are required; prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications
