Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred (drywall, plumbing, painting).
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds.
• Ensure a safe, attractive living environment for residents, staff and the public.
• Collaborate with team to deliver reliable maintenance services.
