Zusammenfassung

Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the building and grounds are well-maintained through routine procedures and timely work orders.

You will respond to resident requests, prep apartments for move-in, and perform maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and landscaping. You will know and follow emergency plans to keep residents safe.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a Maintenance role required.
• 2+ years of experience in plumbing, drywall and electrical
• Senior Living or Multi Family experience a plus
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Aufgaben

• Responds to and completes resident work orders, insuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction.
• Performs work needed to ready apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Performs general maintenance projects as assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and outside landscaping maintenance.
• Knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety/disaster plans and procedures.
• Responds promptly to emergencies.
• Maintains office, shops, storage and mechanical.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
