Job summary

Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas. The role includes preparing units for move-in and following scheduled cleaning routines, while adhering to safety guidelines.

You will support a team-focused environment and contribute to resident comfort. Responsibilities include regular cleaning tasks, reporting concerns to supervisors, and keeping equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines for cleaning chemicals.
• Responsive to supervision and team-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Uses cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
