You will work under the Director of Plant Operations, perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, and participate in training and staff meetings. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders, ensuring quality of service.
• Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.

• Familiarity with safety plans and procedures; respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain offices, shops, and storage areas to standard.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; assist residents as needed.
• Provide transportation for residents as needed.
• Maintain safe working environment and protect equipment.
