As part of our maintenance team, you will assist with routine upkeep, perform preventive tasks, inspect equipment, and help with groundskeeping while following safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or related hands-on trade preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Support senior maintenance staff with day-to-day service requests and work orders
• Inspect equipment, tools, and work areas to identify and report potential issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage spaces
• Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures
• Assist with grounds maintenance and general facility upkeep as needed
