Job DescriptionJob Description

Kismet client, Gilbert's Risk Solutions, located in Sharon, PA, is seeking part-time assistance with general Building Maintenance. Only light duties are required, there is no need for highly technical skills. This role includes daily responsibilities as well as assisting the Building Maintenance Supervisor with larger projects from time to time.

Most common duties/responsibilities include:

• 25 hours a week; Monday - Friday: 6AM - 11AM
• 6:00 AM to open the building (all four floors)
• Check elevator pit pumps and boiler room pit pump daily
• Sweep and mop lobby and main/back stairs as scheduled, and spills as needed
• Check rooftop A/C units to ensure cooling fans are running and replace fans as needed
• Check drain pans
• Empty recycling on all floors
• Replace computer paper where needed
• Replace paper bins when full as needed
• Clean sidewalks daily
• Check for deliveries in entryway daily and move to basement as needed
• Other additional general duties as needed

There is the potential for working weekends as needed, and depending on projects within the building additional hours may be required from time to time.
