Valley View Retirement Community seeks a dependable Maintenance Assistant for a part-time role working 3PM–11PM, four days per pay period with weekend shifts and rotating holidays. You will monitor building security, perform light custodial tasks, and assist staff and residents, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include rounds, documenting security checks, reporting maintenance issues, and minor repairs as needed.

In this role, you will monitor building security, perform light custodial and maintenance tasks, and assist staff and residents as needed.
