Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Technician Assistant to support HSN and maintain equipment and facilities for safe, reliable, and efficient operations at our Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center. This onsite role reports to the Maintenance Area Manager and follows a 7:00pm–7:30am rotating shift.

Responsibilities include assisting with repairs, routine maintenance, tool operation, and building upkeep. Requires 1–3 years in a maintenance environment and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in distribution, industrial, or maintenance environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance tasks by assisting with repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facility structures.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubricating parts, replacing belts, clearing debris, and supporting basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Operate tools and equipment such as drills, saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machines to complete assigned tasks.
• Help with building upkeep including patching walls, painting surfaces, assembling furnishings, and clearing drains.
• Document work performed by recording maintenance activities and entering data into required systems.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You will report to the Maintenance Area Manager

What You'll Do
