Marquis Companies is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help maintain and improve the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds. You will work with the Maintenance Director to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning campus for staff, residents, and the community.

Experience in painting or basic repairs and comfort in a healthcare setting are important, with preferred background in nursing homes, assisted living, or hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience with painting and other basic repair work.
• Experience in advanced maintenance skills are a plus.
• You must be comfortable working in a healthcare setting and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living, or Hotel setting is preferred, but not required.
