Job Responsibilities

• Completing minor repair work, including repairing doors, locks, door frames, handles, and replacing light bulbs, sockets, switches, and window glass.
• Performing regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Maintaining outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, edging lawns, and shoveling snow and ice as needed.
• Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring for issues requiring immediate attention.
• Responding promptly to emergency repairs and clean-ups.
• Ensuring all maintenance equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications
