Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and well maintained. You will perform general building maintenance, respond to repair requests, and support preventive maintenance tasks daily.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.
