The Waters of Maryville is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our TEAM. Flexible hours and new wages are available. The Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Director in planning and directing the maintenance operation to keep the facility safe, well‑maintained, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities include inspections, coordinating with external vendors, establishing preventive maintenance, and performing building repairs within skill scope.

• Maintenance knowledge and ability to follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect storage rooms, work rooms, and janitorial closets for upkeep and supply control.
• Participates in facility surveys by governmental agencies.
• Ensures outside services are properly completed and supervised per contracts.
• Assists in establishing a preventative maintenance program.
• Performs carpentry and other building repairs within scope of expertise.
