The role involves light maintenance, safety checks, and coordinating with contractors. Requires basic mechanical/electrical/plumbing knowledge, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Weekday schedule with some after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on repair experience in maintenance or similar roles.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and write simple reports.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance: light bulbs, outlets, switches, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Run routine safety checks on fire alarms, extinguishers and other safety equipment.
• Work directly with client on maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on scheduling and planning.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and report issues to your supervisor.
• Respond to occasional after-hours emergency calls.
