Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to keep our community in top condition. You will handle work orders, prep apartments for move-ins, and manage supplies on-site.

No prior experience required, but basic mechanical or electrical knowledge helps; strong communication and independence are valued as you complete hands-on projects across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• Clear and positive communication with residents and team.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.

Job Description

Salary $29 per hour - Full Time

• Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
