Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing to perform routine tasks in resident areas.
• Assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects and furniture/equipment moves.
• Maintain facility grounds to keep a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure equipment and facility are properly maintained for resident comfort and safety.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills as requested.
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes for safer care.
