Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience as a building trades helper or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing during routine tasks.
• Assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishing, and moving furniture/equipment.
• Maintain the facility grounds.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment for resident comfort.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills.
• Contribute to innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
