Integrated Real Estate Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician to support our Maintenance Lead and the Director of Plant Operations. You will handle HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing tasks. You will keep residents happy by completing apartment and appliance repairs quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to complete make-ready work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues, including electrical and plumbing.
• Perform painting, tile, flooring, and other repairs to prepare units for market.
• Complete make-ready checklists and return vacant units to market-ready status.

Maintenance Assistant, Experience Required - Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician! As a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician, you will work with our Maintenance Lead and Director of Plant Operations to complete all aspects of maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

Our Maintenance Assistants / Service Technicians also keep our residents happy by completing their apartment and appliance repairs both quickly and professionally. If you take pride in quality maintenance and resident satisfaction, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Must be HVAC certified

• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
• Electrical and plumbing
• A/C and heating systems
• Pools
• Appliances
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
• Perform painting and sheet rock repairs as needed
• Tile, carpet, flooring
• Ceiling leaks
• Completing make-ready checklists and performing repairs to return vacant units to market-ready status
