Job summary

Town Village is an Independent and Assisted Living community located in the heart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Maintenance Assistant will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment and the site at peak operation while controlling costs.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year apartment maintenance experience, and preferred HVAC/pool/electrical certifications. Candidates must pass background checks and have reliable transportation. EOE.

• Experience with interior painting and pool maintenance.

Maintenance Assistant, Experience Required - Full Time

This position will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at the most reasonable level of expense possible. Perform direct repairs and or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalency
• At least one year prior apartment maintenance experience is required
• Current certification in HVAC, pool and electrical preferred
• Experience with interior painting and working with pool maintenance
• Will be responsible for make readies
• Assist the lead in all duties
• Cleanliness of grounds
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have team player attitude
