Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Riverwalk Village to assist with maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds. The position is a day shift with on-call duties every other weekend and offers compensation up to $20/hour.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor in creating a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for residents, staff, and the public.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
