Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Riverwalk Village in Noblesville, IN. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s buildings and grounds, ensuring safety and an inviting environment for residents and staff.

The role involves a day shift with on-call every other weekend, with compensation up to $20 per hour. Prior maintenance experience is preferred; knowledge of electrical, heating and cooling is helpful.

Qualifications
