Job summary

Oak Park Place is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team in keeping the community safe and comfortable for residents. The role includes grounds upkeep, room preparation for new arrivals, and light maintenance duties across the property.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. A valid driver’s license and customer-service mindset are required to support residents and staff every day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and assist with light maintenance tasks; prepare rooms for new residents; assist residents with transportation to appointments as needed.
