Job summary

Breakwater Commons is a 96-bed state of the art healthcare facility offering private living spaces for all residents, an expansive therapy gym, and panoramic views of Penobscot Bay. We are seeking an energetic, diversified individual to join our maintenance team in a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of facility maintenance, grounds keeping, and painting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to handle additional tasks as assigned.
