Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to perform inspections, oversee repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This full-time role requires readiness to be on-call for emergencies and to manage maintenance records.

The position involves coordinating with contractors, scheduling tasks, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities while upholding safety and quality at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Boiler License is preferred
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multi-task / stay on task & maintain focus in stressful situations

Aufgaben

• Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance
• Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs
• Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion
• Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections
• Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards
• Must have ability to be on-call for emergency situations

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant!

Hours:

• Full Time (40 Hours per week)
• On-Call Every other weekend

Wage:

$19.00/hour.

Duties of Maintenance Assistant:

• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance
• Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs
• Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion
• Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections
• Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards
• Must have ability to be “on call” for emergency situations
