Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Austin, TX to support the Maintenance Supervisor by keeping properties and amenities in optimal condition. You will perform routine tasks, inspect facilities and respond to daily maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have one year of maintenance experience, own essential tools, and are available for on-call coverage 24/7. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available“oncall”24hours,seven days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure grounds, buildings and units are functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at 52 TEN.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
