Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive maintenance procedures on various machines and equipment.
2. Ensure safe and secure handling of scrap materials.
3. Assist maintenance personnel to ensure optimal machine function.
4. Manage cleaning and maintenance of machine/equipment lubrication and coolant duties.
5. Comply with company safety rules.
6. Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications

1. Ability to multitask and maintain focus on the task at hand.
2. Comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
3. Professional demeanor and confident communication skills.
4. Comfortable lifting 25 to 50 pounds as part of job duties.
5. Experience with customer service tasks and phone communication.
6. Experience running a variety of machines is a plus.
