Sandpiper Healthcare & Rehab Center in Wichita, KS is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director with preventive maintenance, Life Safety compliance, and overall facility upkeep.

In this role you will assist with repairs, routine maintenance, and documentation. Candidates with a High School Diploma and experience in maintenance, HVAC, or electrical work are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or general contracting is desirable.

Responsibilities

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a maintenance assistant you are responsible for supporting the efforts of the Maintenance Director with the preventative maintenace program, Life Safety, facility upkeep, etc.

GENERAL DUTIES

Assit with the general repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the facility.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with relevant course work is desirable.
Previous experience in maintenance, HVAC, general contracting, electrical, etc. is desirable
