Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Support team member to keep the community safe, clean, and comfortable.

Support building care, resident suites, and common areas; perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, safety programs; and assist with painting, safety drills, and documentation. Candidates should lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background checks. CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age; valid driver's license with qualifying abstract.
• Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
• CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and routine repairs; assist with painting
• Help with safety checks, drills, and documentation
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment logs
• Support housekeeping tasks and grounds care as needed
• Communicate clearly with residents and team on progress

About the role
