Pay: $19.50 / Hour

In this role, you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and special work orders.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete work orders around the community.
2. Perform repairs needed to prepare apartments prior to move-ins.
3. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
4. Handle general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-assured with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take pride in completing projects.
