Job summary

RegalCare is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our building running smoothly. You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep, respond to work orders, and help ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a team‑oriented mindset. The job involves basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks, lifting and staying active, and collaboration with the Maintenance Director to complete projects and uphold

• General maintenance experience (healthcare or residential setting is a plus).
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, carry, and stay active throughout the day.
• Solid communication skills and a team-player mindset.
