Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our facility running smoothly and safely, requiring reliability, trust, and consistent attendance, along with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

You will perform routine maintenance throughout the facility, assist with minor repairs, maintain the physical plant and grounds, support the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensure a clean, hazard-free

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
