Job summary

Casa Consulting, LLC is seeking a full-time maintenance assistant to help keep our building safe, clean, and running for residents. You’ll learn from experienced staff and contribute to preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

You’ll work days with a weekend on-call rotation and rotating holidays; must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, and training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available for full-time days, a weekend on-call rotation, and rotating holidays.
• Alert, detail-oriented, and able to make sound decisions on your own.
• Able to work well with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
• Maintenance or trade experience welcome, but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Inspect equipment and building systems for safe, proper function
• Handle incoming and outgoing freight and run errands as needed
• Move furniture and equipment around the building
• Assist with resident evacuation during emergencies
• Work alongside other departments to keep the building running
