Towson is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our warm, compassionate team at our skilled nursing facility. You will work directly with residents who enjoy life to the fullest, with abundant support for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning facilities, testing office equipment, and troubleshooting HVAC, lighting, and plumbing issues. Must have 2+ years in long-term care or medical settings. Training on best practices is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Long Term Care/Medical field.
• Experience with maintenance of HVAC, lighting, plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
