The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living team. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist residents, and handle building/grounds upkeep, troubleshooting issues as they arise and coordinating with outside vendors as needed.
Responsibilities include responding to emergencies after hours and prioritizing tasks to ensure safety and comfort for residents and families alike.

The Maintenance Assistant provides ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and various related tasks as assigned. Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor. Is available to respond to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside of regular working hours.
