EPIC Healthcare in New Jersey is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our facility, perform basic repairs, assist with painting, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks. You will also handle laundry duties and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry in a healthcare setting or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Assist with painting, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks.
• Complete work orders promptly.
• Clean common areas, resident rooms, and facility spaces.
• Handle laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order throughout the facility.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Support a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
