Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑functioning community for residents, families, and team members. The role involves completing maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.

You will assist with painting, refurbishing projects, and suite make‑ready prep while following OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance.
• Ability to operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).

• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
